Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund subscriptions ourselves, since Apple handles all sales and we have no access to any payment information.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
Canceling on a Mac
- Open the App Store app on your Mac
- Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar to the left
- Select Account Settings at the top right of the window
- Scroll until you see the Manage section
- In this section, next to Subscriptions, click Manage
- Click Edit next to Ulysses
- Now select Cancel Subscription
Canceling on iPad or iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select your Ulysses subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Refunding on Mac, iPad or iPhone
- Once you’ve canceled your subscription, you can go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account
- From the I'd like to menu, select Request a refund
- Select a reason why you would like a refund
- Choose Next
- From the list of your subscriptions, select Ulysses
- Choose Submit
