There was a problem in iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 that resulted in an outage of the iCloud Drive system service. This issue should have been fixed in iOS 13.3 and macOS 10.15.2. If you are using iOS 13.2 or macOS 10.15.1 (or older versions), please update your devices to the latest system versions.
