In Ulysses you don’t have a user account. The subscription is linked to your Apple Account and the content syncs through your iCloud account.

To access your subscription and sync your content, please make sure that:

• You’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase the subscription.
• iCloud Drive is enabled on all your devices.
